Q: Who gets access?
A: Symmetricom's direct customers and channel partners

Q: How do I register?
A: Contact the CONNECTED administrator at CONNECTED@symmetricom.com.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Click on the "forgot password" button. For security purposes an e-mail requesting approval will be sent to the address on the file. Once you have responded to the approval e-mail request, a new/temporary password will be provided to you immediately.

Q: How do I update my account information?
A: E-mail your administrator at CONNECTED@symmetricom.com.

Q: Why are items underlined?
A: Underlined items indicate a column hyperlink which allows you to sort in ascending or descending order. Any text underlined in the body will let you drill down to more detail.

Q: Why are some item descriptions indented?
A: The indented items represent the sub-components of a top-level part number.

Q: Who do I contact if I need help?
A: Email your administrator at CONNECTED@symmeticom.com, or contact Customer Relations at 1 888-367-7966 for North American customers and 1 408 428-7907 for international customers. For customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), contact our customer support desk in Germany at +49 700 3288 6435.

Q: When can I expect my order to be scheduled?
A: Orders are typically scheduled within 48 hours of being booked.

Q: What if the information displayed on the order is inaccurate?
A: Contact Customer Relations at 1 888 367-7966 for North American customers and 1 408 428-7097 for international customers. For customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), contact our customer support desk in Germany at +49 700 3288 6435.

Q: What do I do if my purchase order isn't in the system?
A: Allow 48 hours for the order to be booked into the system. If the order is still not available please, contact Customer Relations at 1 888-367-7966 for North American customers and 1 408 428-7907 for international customers. For customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), contact our customer support desk in Germany at +49 700 3288 6435.

Q: Is the information real time?
A: The information displayed in the CONNECTED system is the same information Symmetricom sees in its information system and is updated at the same time.
